Automatic Diesel Fuel Tank gauging system
Fuel tank level gauge consist of Magnetostrictive probe (mode:SYW-A, SYW-A1)and Touch screen control console (mode:TCM-1,TCC-3).
SYW-A magnetostrictive probe installed in the tank, with magnetostrictive technology,can accurately measure the fuel level ,water level,ullage and multiple temperature.Touch control console installed in the petrol station control room, it can automatically probe data acquisition and processing, real-time display tank storage information, realize the tank leak detection, automatic unloading, record query, control multi-channel submersible pump,oil level alarm, data upload, and other functions.

Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) system consists of Magnetostrictive Probe and Smart Console, it is an electronic device, whose basic function is to monitor the fuel level in the tank. It can also tell the operator what is going on inside the tank. In other words, it gives us very important information like fuel level, volume and temperature, water level and volume, high and low fuel level warnings etc. There are different plans to satisfy different customers according to their effective demands.

Gas Station Tank Volume Table Calibration System Made In China
The system consists of the sliding vane pump, metering pump, calibration intellectual controller, laptop, printer, system software, pipeline for transfer oil, communication wire and other accessories.
Operational principle
This system consists of Tank Volume Table Calibration Instrument, Liquid Level Meter, Special Software and computer.
Fill the tank up, pump out the product to another tank or tanker though the Tank Volume Table Calibration Instrument, the product volume would be calculated automatically and the data would be uploaded to computer. Meanwhile, the data of product level collected by Liquid Level Meter uploaded to computer as well. According to the data uploaded, the Special Software will do analyze and process, and finally generate an accurate electronic volume table.
